The Sheikhs is a three-piece rock and roll outfit, originally birthed in Darwin in 1997, who spent time in Brisbane circa 2000-2006, and currently existing in two States and a Territory across Australia. (Interestingly, the midpoint between these three locations, near the NT/QLD border, is home to the largest assemblage of feral camels anywhere in the world, and a place that can move between punishing desert, and fecund greenery over minute time and distance, due to unstable weather conditions.)
