Fur were a grunge/punk trio from the Gold Coast that formed as a trio of 17 year-olds in 1993.

'Jimmy Rogers' was the band's final release and was preceded by their full length album 'The Betty Shakes' in 1997 and a slew of singles and EPs.

Fur were incessant tourers and played with the likes of Fugazi, Bikini Kill, Jebediah, The Living End, Offspring, Powderfinger and Regurgitator, as well as appearing at multiple festivals including Big Day Out.
